AIRCURA Equipment Trading ("we", "us", "our") operates aircura.co.id. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

WHAT THIS WEBSITE IS

This website is a product catalogue. There are no user accounts, no shopping cart and no payment processing on the site. You cannot buy anything here directly. Orders are placed by WhatsApp or email and invoiced afterwards.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you contact us or place an order. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, company, contact details, delivery address and what you want to order. If you become a customer we also keep the invoice and delivery records our accounting obligations require.

When you use the chat on this website. The chat assistant is operated for us by oqpo group AB (Sweden) under the product name Chattassistent. What you type is processed to generate an answer, and the conversation is stored so we can follow up. If you give the chat your name, phone number or email in order to be contacted, that is stored too. Do not send sensitive personal information through the chat.

Anonymous visitor statistics. We count page views and visits so we can see which products people look at. This is deliberately privacy-preserving: no cookies are used, your IP address is not stored, and nothing identifies you between visits or across other websites.

WE DO NOT

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for behavioural advertising or build advertising profiles about you. We do not track you across other websites.

WHO PROCESSES DATA FOR US

Cloudflare, for hosting and delivering the website. oqpo group AB, for the chat assistant; chat data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt), and the assistant's answers are generated by Anthropic. Meta, if you contact us on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own terms. Our email provider, if you contact us by email.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We are based in Indonesia, and some of the providers above process data in the European Union and the United States. Where that happens, information is transferred and handled on the basis of the providers' own safeguards and terms.

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

Enquiries and chat conversations are kept only as long as they are useful for answering you and following up. Invoices and other accounting records are kept for as long as Indonesian law requires.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. If we cannot delete something because we are legally required to keep it, we will tell you which records those are and why.

We will update this page if how we handle information changes. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
